Stewart C. Vernon – Founder and Chief Executive Officer Stewart C. Vernon is our company's Founder and serves as the Chief Executive Officer, positions he has held since our inception. Mr. Vernon also is the founder and former owner of our original “flag-ship” location, ASP of Macon, Georgia, a position he held until January 2008. At that time, Mr. Vernon sold the franchise to his partner in the Macon location, Mr. Matt Dayton, in order to dedicate his time and focus his efforts into the expanding franchise operation.
	Thomas P. Swift, Jr., JD, LLM, CFP® - President and Chief Operating Officer Thomas P. Swift, Jr. is our company's President and Chief Operating Officer, positions he has held since January 2009. Mr. Swift is also the owner of an ASP franchise, located in Warner Robins, Ga, a position he has held since 2006. Prior to 2006, Mr. Swift was a corporate tax attorney for James, Bates, Pope and Spivey, LLLP, specializing in corporate tax and estate tax planning. Mr. Swift has earned his Juris Doctorate, a master's degree in tax law and a certified financial planner’s license.
	Jimmie H. Meece - Vice President / Franchise Operations Jimmie H. Meece Jr. is our Vice President of Franchise Operations, a position he has held since December 2010. Mr. Meece is also the owner of an ASP franchise, located in Clemson, SC, a position he has held since 2005. Prior to 2005, Mr. Meece worked within management functions for city municipalities. Mr Meece is a graduate of Clemson University.
