Stewart C. Vernon - President, Chief Executive Officer
Stewart C. Vernon is our president and chief executive officer, positions he has held since our inception. Mr. Vernon also is the founder and former owner of our affiliate, ASP of Macon, Georgia, a position he held from January 2002 until January 2008. At that time, Mr. Vernon sold the franchise to his partner in that business, Matt Dayton.
Thomas P. Swift, Jr., JD, LLM, CFP® - Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Thomas P. Swift, Jr. is our vice president and chief operating officer, positions he has held since January 2009. Mr. Swift is also the owner of two franchises, ASP of Warner Robins and ASP of North Fulton County, positions he has held since their inception in 2006. Prior to 2006, Mr. Swift was a corporate tax attorney for James, Bates, Pope and Spivey, LLLP, specializing in corporate tax and estate tax planning. Mr. Swift has earned his Juris Doctorate, a master's degree in tax law and a certified financial planner’s license.
